Author's Instruction for Final Manuscript

Please read the appropriate section depending
on your acceptance letter.

REGULAR PAPERS

At least one (1) author of each accepted papers must register using a Full Registration no later than August 1, 2005.  If more than one paper was accepted, one (1) registration per paper is required.

Regular papers have a maximum length of 10 pages and will appear in Springer's LNCS series.  Additional extra pages will be charged CAD $40 per each additional page.

Authors must respect the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series style and formatting when writing their final manuscript.  The LNCS formatting instructions and copyright form are available here.  Information to include on the copyright form:

Conference/Book: Mobility Aware Technologies and Applications
Volume Editor(s): T. Magedanz et al

Once completed, the signed copyright form should be returned to MATA 2005 Secretariat by fax at +1 (514) 340-4440 or via email attachment (photo or scan) at mata@congresbcu.com.

In order to produce the conference proceedings on time, we require to have received your final manuscript in electronic form following the LNCS style by email (mata@congresbcu.com) before August 1, 2005. When submitting your paper please include the following information in the body of the email:

  • Your paper number
  • Title of your paper, authors’ names and affiliations
  • Name of the lecturer (if known)

Due to the usual time constraints, any manuscripts which arrive late or do not follow the guidelines exactly may not appear in the Proceedings.



SHORT PAPERS
